For Chromatin Immunoprecipitation ADEMTECH has developped an innovative approach to perform the purification without using salmon sperm DNA or BSA for the blocking step. This offers a higher signal in PCR and a lower background compared to other sepaharose non magnetic particles.

This kit enables the mapping of target proteins/histone modifications to specific loci in the genome. Antibodies and protein G, A (fusion G/A) beads are used to immunoprecipitate chromatin /DNA complexes. The DNA region of interest is quantified using quantitative PCR.
